The terms and conditions set out on this page are the legal agreement between the player and the mmk07 platform regarding the use of mmk07 and all its services.

• Each person may register only one account. Shared accounts or fraudulently created accounts will be suspended and any funds in those accounts will not be refunded.

• Players are responsible for keeping their account details and contact information accurate and up to date at all times.

1.2 Account Security

• Players must keep their username and password confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• If you access your account from an unrecognised computer or public Wi-Fi, do not forget to log out afterwards.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

2.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (same for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, Bank Transfer.
• Deposits must be made from the player's own account only; third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Each payment method's processing time may vary; the platform's well-known speed depends partly on the processing time of the bank or service provider for that method.

2.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• If you have received a bonus, the required wagering amount must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• If fraudulent or irregular activity is suspected, withdrawals may be temporarily restricted; the player will be notified of any such restriction.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

mmk07's welcome bonus policy gives a 200% bonus on your first deposit, with a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x) before you can make a withdrawal.

• Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus; your balance becomes 60,000 Ks and the wagering requirement is 40,000 × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
• Example 2: Deposit 320,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks only (maximum cap); your balance becomes 620,000 Ks and the wagering requirement is 300,000 × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own wagering requirements, which will be stated in advance in the bonus description.
• If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be shared outside of individual accounts; each account can receive a bonus only once.
• If bonus abuse or systematic play patterns are suspected, the bonus may be revoked.
• The bonus amount can only be wagered on game types that match the depositing account; the wagering contribution rate may differ depending on the game type.

4.1 VIP Levels

mmk07's VIP program has 5 levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond. Players can reach higher levels based on their regular play and wagering volume.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Cashback amounts will be distributed according to their specific terms and the platform will notify each player individually.

5.1 Prohibited Actions

• Depositing and withdrawing in a deliberate pattern to generate bonuses (Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage).
• Coordinating with multiple players to predetermine game outcomes (Collusion).
• Using computer programs or bots to play an account in a way that cannot be replicated manually (Automated Play).
• Any attempt to breach the platform's systems (Hacking, Exploitation).
• Layered deposits and withdrawals for money laundering purposes — cases suspected of this will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.2 Consequences of Violating Prohibitions

• Immediate account suspension and funds placed on hold.
• Forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings derived from the related activity.
• In cases where a clear conclusion is reached based on the evidence, legal action will be taken.
